Casey Auto Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting Department! We are currently seeking an organized and reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting Department. This is a full-time, stable role perfect for an accounts receivable professional who values a consistent schedule within an office environment. Essential Duties: Daily Postings: Manage accurate daily posting of parts tickets, service repair orders, rental agreements, and manufacturer invoices. Financial Reconciliation: Assist with weekly intercompany receivables and sublet schedule reconciliations. Perform monthly "clean-ups" of schedules to clear paid invoices. Collections & Aging: Monitor aging reports and coordinate with supervisors on past-due balances. Proactively report on accounts over 60 days and prepare necessary documentation for legal collections.
