Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Perform multi-pass fillet and butt welds in all positions using the SMAW process.; Fuse inserts and weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper nickel pipe using both SMAW and GTAW (TIG) processes.; Execute mirror welding using SMAW and GTAW processes where required.; Set up components for welding according to specifications, including cutting material with powered saws to match measurements.; Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout and welding procedures.
