This role requires strong diagnostics, clean work, and safety-first habits.What you will do: Perform inspections and diagnose issues. Complete repairs and preventative maintenance. Document work performed clearly. Maintain tools and shop cleanliness. Communicate findings and recommendations to service advisorsPerformance expectations: Accurate diagnostics or mechanical issues. Maintaining a low comeback rate. Consistent productivity. Maintaining safety complianceRequirements: Diesel experience required. Own tools preferred.
