Required Skills & Experience

• 4–7+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on full‑stack development
• Hands‑on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front‑end frameworks, preferably Angular
• Strong backend development experience using Python
• Experience building and integrating web services and APIs
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming, design patterns, and system design
• Experience working across the full software stack (front end, back end, database, DevOps, infrastructure)
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred); familiarity with NoSQL a plus
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Basic understanding of web application security, networking, and systems concepts
• Active Secret clearance required (must be eligible and willing to upgrade to TS/SCI)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code environments
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help design, build, and deploy an analytics‑driven readiness platform supporting the air power market. This role will play a key part in developing a modern, scalable Angular + Python application that integrates advanced analytics and emerging AI/LLM capabilities to drive operational insight and readiness.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain a full‑stack web application using Angular (JavaScript/TypeScript) on the front end and Python on the back end
• Build and enhance an analytics‑driven readiness platform focused on operational insight and data‑informed decision making
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services, integrating internal services and LLM/AI capabilities where appropriate
• Work with PostgreSQL and other data sources to support analytics and reporting needs
• Deploy and maintain solutions in a containerized, cloud‑native environment using Docker and Kubernetes (Infrastructure as Code)
• Collaborate with product, analytics, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to translate problems into well‑designed technical solutions
• Participate in design discussions, architectural decisions, and code reviews
• Operate effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to planning, demos, and iterative delivery
• Support application deployment and troubleshooting in environments where onsite collaboration is required

Compensation:

$110,000 - $130,000 per year annual salary.
