Job DescriptionThis role helps shape and execute the Drivers of Health portfolio covering social determinants of health such as transportation and food/nutrition. Responsible for translating strategy into effective pilots, strong business integration, and measurable learning that can succeed within real health care and insurance operating environments. Leads day-to-day execution of Drivers of Health work, directly manages team members and operates with significant autonomy in a highly matrixed environment.
