A warm, professional demeanor with the ability to remain composed and empathetic, even during challenging interactions. A proven track record of self-motivation and reliable attendance. Preferred, but not required: Experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or administrative role. Proficiency in Office 365. Bilingual (Spanish/ English) is a plus.
