We are hiring a Director of Operations! This role leads all Burlington Newport News manufacturing associates and processes, driving daily application of TIDI True North and its behaviors. The Director develops the team and operations by continuously improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and respect, while ensuring excellent service to internal and external customers. In partnership with functional leaders and external stakeholders, this role sets and delivers production objectives and is accountable for achieving plant targets across all performance areas at the Newport News facility. Essential Responsibilities: Coordinate production in accordance with policies, principles and procedures established by the company.
