1. Advanced Electrical & Control Systems Design

• Design and integration of complex DC power, control, and embedded systems
• Selection and integration of COTS hardware, components, sensors, actuators, and I/O
• Electrical schematics, wiring, grounding, EMI/EMC mitigation, and system-level design thinking

1. Systems Integration & Hands-On Engineering

• Integrating electrical systems with mechanical and software subsystems
• Building, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and validating real-world electromechanical/robotic systems
• Use of test equipment, CAD/simulation tools, and design verification through reviews and testing

1. Technical Leadership & Communication

• Leading electrical subsystems and mentoring junior engineers or technicians
• Making sound engineering decisions with limited requirements and minimal supervision
• Clearly documenting, presenting, and communicating technical concepts to multidisciplinary teams and defense customers
