Vitality Senior Living - 4701 Pretty Lake Avenue - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living and emotional health and/or behavioral support as indicated in service plans; Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of resident needs and successful approaches; Observe and report resident problems to LPN or Medication Tech/Aid; Attend onboarding, annual and in-service training and team meetings; Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
