Quality Support, Inc., openings for System/AI Engineers with 20+ years of related experience with a background of submarine electronic subsystem requirements, development, testing, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting AI infrastructure. In this role, you will be a SE, initial assignments are on a Systems Engineering/Integration Teams performing in an accelerated, collaborative, dynamic AI team environment. As SE you must have strong systems engineering, requirements, test and architecture background as well as an understanding of the software/AI development lifecycle and experience with Agile concepts. You will be a SE with regular collaboration across a broad group of partnered stakeholders at the program and enterprise level. You will serve as a senior technical authority, ensuring the highest levels of accessibility, optimization, and security across enterprise systems. Preferred Virginia Class Submarine Program and/or Columbia Class Submarine Program background/experience but not required. Top-Secret clearances required. Must be a US Citizen. Help drive the next-must have dynamic mission-critical government projects while accelerating your engineering/AI skills and career. * Performing in an accelerated, collaborative, dynamic team environment, tightly integrated with customers and contractors. * Developing and coordinating program AI CDRLS with timely delivery to the customer. * Completing Systems Engineering tasks within area of assigned responsibility such as establish AI system architecture and CONOPS, develop system level design and decomposition into requirements. * Completing test/integration activities using Agile principles to satisfy acceptance criteria at all levels. * Conducting system analysis and interface definition. This includes conducting studies and system trades for enhanced AI capabilities if required. * Completing Enterprise and Program level integration and AI test activities. * Planning and creating AI test cases and tracking progress utilizing Agile test management tools. System/AI Engineer Qualifications/Skills * Ability to work and integrate with technical team members to understand all aspects of the AI product being developed/produced * Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc. * Experience developing, and driving to closure Systems Engineering artifacts such as: * Requirements Specifications and Interface Control Documents (ICD) System Design or Analysis * AI CONOPS development * Experience completing and coordinating program CDRLS. * Experience developing and executing tests in an Agile environment. * Experience developing and executing AI test plan/procedure preparation and test execution. * Experience defining AI tests required to satisfy feature acceptance criteria. * Developing and ensuring consistency of requirements and traceability back to customer objectives (ship, weapons and crew safety) * AI Test Plans, AI Test Results and AI Risk Assessments * Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to develop clear messaging and communications for executives and senior level customers. * Teamwork * Analyzing information * System/AI design * System/AI documentation * System/AI testing * General/AI programming skills * System/AI development fundamentals * System/AI development process * System/AI requirements * System architecture * The desire to be challenged and think out of the box Education / Experience Required * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * Minimum 20 years of directly related experience in systems engineering. * Twenty plus years of job-related experience * Twenty plus years of experience as a System/AI Engineer * Ten plus years of experience with AI * Ten plus years of experience in systems administration or engineering
