We currently own and operate 5 successful establishments: Calypso Bar and Grill, Repeal Bourbon and Burgers, 2 Hair of the Dog Eatery's (Downtown Granby, and Loehmann's Plaza in Virginia Beach)

Our company is seeking a restaurant expo to maintain a clean and pleasant dining experience. A successful expo provides support to their team members by managing restaurant supplies, ensuring all tables, kitchen supplies, and restaurant areas are kept sanitized and clean free of debris. As a expo, they will also assist with serving food, completed meals, and follow all restaurant standard procedures and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Able to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds
• Flexible schedule for weekends, holidays, and long hours

• Ensuring all areas are cleared, cleaned, and sanitized
• Assisting with preparation of food items
• Delivering food in a timely manner
• Positive and welcoming attitude to patrons and team members
• Managing inventory of napkins, silverware, and other table supplies
• Performing opening and closing side work duties
• Maintain restaurant safety and sanitation
• Keep a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Assist with other restaurant duties as needed
