JOB SUMMARY:
The Production Associate is responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, along with assembling and packaging finished products.

EDUCATION:
Required: High school diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE:
Required: 1 year experience in an industrial environment
Preferred: 2+ years in a chemical production environment

POSITION REQUIREMENT(S): Specialized Skills/License/Certification
Required:

• Unrestricted employment authorization to work in the US
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Project a professional appearance with the ability to represent our company in a positive manner to our customers and associates
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
• Ability to organize and maintain a safe and clean work environment

CORE COMPETENCIES (Essential Job Functions)

• Operates, monitors, and maintains production machinery including forklifts
• Assembles, inspects, and packages finished products
• Assist upper management with inventory control
• Maintains a clean and safe professional work environment
• Picking, wrapping, and staging products to ship
• Material handling, unloading products for storage and loading trucks for shipping
• Adheres to OSHA standards
• Must have written and verbal English communication skills
